The Open Hearth on Warley Road has been put up for sale by owners Sam Smith's Brewery. Built in the 1930's, this once-thriving pub closed in July 2019. The asking price is £250,000, but comes with a provision for sale as Non-Pub use. This is similar to some other pubs in the Sam Smith's estate that have recently been put up for sale.
