- Christmas Pub Crawl of Sheffield

Branch Christmas social on Friday 12 December visiting a range of pubs in the Kelham Island area of Sheffield. Planned route is Sheffield Station Tap, Fat Cat, Harlequin, Kelham Island Tavern, Shakespeare's and Crow Inn. Lunch to be taken at one of the pubs en route. Travel on 1008 train to Sheffield, then Supertram from the station to Shalesmoor. Return early evening. Christmas jumpers and hats recommended for maximum festive cheer! All local CAMRA members and friends welcome.

Hop Inn
We have booked the middle room at the Hop Inn, Brigg, for the Branch Christmas Party on Wednesday 17 December starting at 5pm. We intend to put together a DIY cold buffet with those attending bring festive food items. There will also be a Christmas Quiz with prize, a Christmas Raffle with beery prizes and a chance to partake of the excellent Hop Inn craft beers. Public transport on the No. 4 Brigg bus service can be used to travel to the venue from Scunthorpe - the 1545 and the 2055 buses look like the best bet to get there and back.
