This a large and thriving holiday home park with a bar open to the public (two in high season). The bar has a number of separate areas to cater for a wide range of clientele. Overlooking the largest of the lakes the fair weather views are very pleasant. The site hosts an annual 'Rescue Day' which is a national one-off that attracts many thousands of visitors each year.

Reopened March 2026 as The Dog & Duck. Site owned by Unity Holidays, has been refurbished.
